it is finished

i turned in my final, final paper today. it feels glorious. i still have one class to go to tomorrow, but the work is officially finished.
i must say that it feels wonderful to have a sense of accomplishment for all of the hard work that i have been doing this semester. through all of the sweat and tears i have come out with something to show for myself. i know this is just the first small step in my degree plan, but knowing that i am capable of doing this, and doing it well, feels nice.
i am looking forward to the weeks of rest ahead, but i am even more excited about what next semester will bring.
