march sadness
not only have i missed most of the games this weekend, but both teams that i actually cared about got hosed.
A&M played an incredible game against memphis only to lose by 1 point on a lame foul call. vandy lost (one of the best games they've ever played) by 1 point after some hoya (what the hell is a hoya anyway) took about 17 steps with the ball and banked a desperation shot with 2 seconds to play; that's right 'banked' it. i could almost understand if both games were hard fought battles that came down to the wire and my teams ended up losing in some respectable fashion. but the fact of the matter is that vandy won that game and A&M should have. it's disheartening. not only are my teams out, but i have to watch some thug memphis team lose in the next round and spend another week wondering what the hell a hoya is.
i think i'm going to vomit.

Sad about A&M. That game broke my heart. Now it looks like we are going to lose Gillespie to Arkansas. He tends to leave every three years or so. That's about how long it takes his DWIs to come to trial, then "see ya!"
